SYNOPSIS
Everyone, the world over, is looking for a soulmate -- that special person
who we have so much in common with and who is our confidant, friend, advocate, counselor and lover, all in one. SoulMates
is the story of the search for that perfect mate through the day-to-day operations of a dating service.
Ten interns from diverse backgrounds descend on BestMatch.Mate for an eight-week
summer program, culminating in the selection of some of them as full-time employees. During this time, they deal with crazy
clients; interesting working conditions; culture, class, and personality clashes; and the typical temptations.
Through it all, they find time for laughter, romance, and matchmaking.
SoulMates is a comic family movie, which explores and explodes stereotypes. It also pokes fun at the process of searching
for soulmates, while renewing our faith in the power of love.
